René Paradis joins CoActiv Capital Partners as Executive Vice President and CFO

(HORSHAM, PA)—March 11, 2009—CoActiv Capital Partners (CoActiv), a Marubeni Group Company, appointed Ms. René Paradis as Executive Vice President and CF 96+9666\ O.
Most recently, Ms. Paradis held the post of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Capmark Investments LP, formerly GMAC Institutional Advisors LLC.
Prior to this, she served as Managing Director of Alternative Investment Services for PFPC Inc., a wholly owned global subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Corporation.

Ms. René Paradis is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
